Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives are an increasingly popular alternative or addition to weekly psychotherapy. In contrast to weekly hour-long sessions, intensives are 3 - 6 hours long and offered as needed. Longer sessions provide protected space for approaching and healing difficult inner experiences. While therapy is in some ways the same, the extended format may be helpful for working through trauma, identifying stuck patterns, and ease of scheduling.

Diagnostic or Therapeutic Assessment

Some people want to understand why they experience relationships the way they do, why therapy hasn't been helpful in the past, or what kind of treatments could help reduce their suffering. I provide diagnostic and therapeutic assessments for questions relating to autism spectrum (ASD), inattention (ADHD), psychosis, personality disorders, anxiety, OCD, and other concerns. Evaluations include can formal diagnosis if needed; however my guiding purpose in assessment is helping you understand yourself and what you need to thrive.

Family and Couples Therapy

Our closest relationships shape who we are and who we become across the lifespan. Family and couples therapy can help with identifying and changing stuck patterns between people. Family and couples therapy also invites and challenges individuals to grow by holding the family system accountable to more secure ways of relating to self and others. Family/couple therapy informed by PACT (Level 1 trained), Gottman Method, and Dialogue Therapy is available for couples, coworkers, friends, or family members.
