Home for the Summer Group (In Person)

Starts June 2023

This group is open to college students and young adults living with family this summer. We focus on improving relationships with self and others, and we use group time to learn ways to cope with stressful experiences.

DBT + Attachment Group (Online)

Ongoing

This group is a good fit for people looking to feel more confident coping with intense feelings, interpersonal stress, and painful states of mind. We combine DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills with secure attachment and mentalization training.
